Responsibilities
- Content Asset organization
- Ensure all creative assets are in Air/Notion/Google Drive with proper tagging
- Be the go-to to find content as needed.
- Interface with internal teams and brands to track the accurate execution of content.
- Manage timelines.
- Ensure proper format
- Final approvals / Quality Assurance
- Partnership and Sales Campaign support
- Assist with managing details of execution during campaigns.
- Landing page recommendations and edits to match partnership.
- Assist with white labeling and QA
Qualifications
- 1+ year of project management experience or eCommerce planning.
- Experience with Notion or Asana and file management software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing logistics across various media channels.
- Passionate about helping clients and building brands
- Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills
- Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail, and flawless execution of all assigned tasks
